About Me
My name is Yuchen Sun. I am currently in the second year of my Bachelor's Fashion Enterprise in RMIT. I spent my growing up in China and developed a strong interest in fashion and art from an early age. Creativity, attention to detail and a positive attitude are my personal characteristics, and I am committed to integrating my inner emotions into my design. Through the e-portfolio, I try to show how I combine emotion and creativity into projects and life, conveying a deep emotion for fashion and art. For me, the importance of my emotions and feelings is self-evident, which play an important role in every stage of creation. I continue to combine academic knowledge with creativity to prepare for the future. I look forward to sharing my work and emotions with you.

This is my final logo design, which is a combination of my initials (SYC).
This design seems to be very accidental. I drew it with a pen accidentally. I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the logo I drew. The fusion of the letters looks like the seeds have just sprouted new sprouts, which makes the letters look not stiff. I really liked it and I just used it for my final design.
So I didn't use the text tool in illustrator. I mostly sketched out slowly with the pen tool, but I experimented with many colors, including gradients and patterns, and tried to adjust a lot of data, but none of them achieved the desired effect. So I ended up going with simple black and added a shadow effect which made it look three-dimensional. Although I chose black because other colors did not look ideal, but in fact I think black is simple and very close to my daily collocation, so I think it is very suitable.
